Mr. John H. Babin, President
Mr. John H. Babin is a seasoned and experienced entrepreneur. A lifelong resident of the Delaware Valley, he has formed several companies in the energy and mechanical trades industry. As a visionary in the energy-saving field, he has implemented and supervised projects including the installation of complex geothermal heating and cooling systems, heat recovery wheel systems and solved stubborn environmental-mechanical issues in the construction industry.
A former U.S. Army veteran, his particular business skill has always been recognizing talent and encouraging its growth throughout his various companies by spotting and promoting skilled people around him.
In his leisure time, Mr. Babin is a world-traveled outdoorsman, who has visited six continents. John has been active in business and civic organizations for more than 35 years. He has contributed to worthy causes including tenure as a member of the board of directors of the Liberty Resources Suburban Centers, an organization dedicated to promoting and supporting the independent living of persons with disabilities. He has embraced this cause and seeks to provide a support system through legislation, programs and facilities that aid disabled individuals to live independently.
Nicholas J. Plante is an expert in the field of electrical and fire protection construction and service. He has more than 10 years of experience in the industry, earning five industry certifications. Nick received his MBA from Villanova University and is responsible for overall company operations. He has directed numerous projects throughout the East Coast and Atlantic regions and high-profile national projects including the Blair House (the guest house of the president of the United States), the Smithsonian Institution, the Defense Logistics Agency, U.S. Holocaust Museum, the U.S Dept. of Labor Headquarters, the U.S. Dept. of Energy Headquarters and Independence Hall and numerous General Service Administration (GSA) facilities
Nick, the father of two children, is an ardent reader and enjoys swimming and coaching basketball. He is also an advocate for the rights of special needs children and education.
John Ramagano is a highly skilled and experienced expert in the construction and facilities maintenance industry. As a senior management member throughout most of his career, John has directed project management, project engineering and project financial tasks. Before joining John B. Henry & Associates, he was a member of the leadership team at Kinetix, a well-known government contracting firm specializing in construction management, full-scope MEP services and energy management across the United States.
John has held supervisory positions within the Steamfitter’s Union, completed construction industry course work at Drexel University and the University of Delaware and also holds certification in safety, estimating and purchasing disciplines.
