At John B. Henry & Associates, Inc., people – our employees and our customers – are what give us true value as a company.
The most potent advantage any company can provide to the marketplace is the strength of its employees. We know it’s our talent that allows us to succeed and thrive. We don’t view this as some cliché reserved for sales brochures but rather the exact way we look at our employees when we hire them and the reason why we retain them. Our employees have to be smart, dedicated and, frankly, enthused about their work. We want our customers to say: “The John B. Henry team is what we need. They never let us down.”
We exist of course, for you, the customer. We’re comfortable with the somewhat old-fashioned notion that “The Customer Is King.” You are. We have one overriding concern when dealing with our customers. We strive to deliver not only what we promise, but even more. Our goal is to earn your faith and trust. When you face 20 daily tasks and one of them is to deal with John B. Henry, our goal is to leave you with one thought: “John B. Henry will handle this and I won’t have to worry about it.”
Planet
No one builds or configures a building in isolation any longer and certainly no one in the mechanical trades industry operates without taking into account a key ingredient: How green are you? It’s a vital and timely question. We have reached the stage everyone must recognize they have to contribute to a larger goal: Saving the earth. Our intent is that all of our contributions are helpful and never harmful. We approach every commission with the idea of how can we conserve power, water and natural resources. In short, we’re doing our part to save the planet.
Protection
It’s what we do. We create the buildings, systems and surroundings that put you at ease, and we do it so subtly that you’re not even aware of our presence. We want you to feel so safe and secure that you take us for granted. We, however, assume nothing and are dedicated to the mission of protecting you. We are endlessly vigilant to prevent that unguarded moment, a fire for example, that unchecked, can result in obliterating a business, devastate a family or destroy the precious artifacts of our nation’s historical record. Our pledge is that we will take every step possible to prevent any such occurrence happening to you.
